This app is awesome. Best thing I ever did for my business was to download it and encourage my clients to use it. Gives me more control over my calendar.

It needs to be iPhone compatible. Time slots dont show for iPhone users.

Versatile app which is my new right hand. My clients schedule in seconds, avoid wait times and are more likely to show up. My barbers and I can now focus on what we do best. Booksy automates my salon. Love this app.

Traditionally, in the mens grooming industry, clients either call, text, or just walk in for a haircut. As my clientele increased, so did my phone calls and text messages, and it became overwhelming. I would receive calls for appointments during my off days and even at 4am! Managing my schedule had become a headache. Using BooksyBiz has been a life saver! I am able to focus on the client in my chair, rather than stop working to answer a call or text message. My clients love the app and I am now able to take vacations without worrying about my appointments while Im away.

How can the customer set the appointment

Great concept, failed execution. This is one of the dumbest apps available. There is nowhere for you to register your business, the website goes to a foreign page. This is pointless. You can load the app but theres no way for you to set it up. Flat out pointless.

This app is great! I love all the features it provides for my business. I would like to be able to setup repeat appointments though and alerts notifications for appointments that are coming in. Also there is a bug when I try to turn on the push notifications tab!

Works great and is free for users such as clients and workers both parties each get to have their own individual app, green is for costumers and yellow for the job provider. Its a very intelligent software very easy to use and friendly I highly recommend this app for barbers ore whatever the job is that you will be managing. Iv been waiting for an app like this to come out and is finally here. Am really happy I discover it on Facebook lol enjoy it its a really cool app.

This app has changed the way I run my business ! Love it ! Customers book their own appointments or I can just log them in in less than 60 seconds ! I have been a busy barber for over 14 years and this app is the best on the market ! For $25 a month I have a personal assistant in the palm of my hand !

Downloaded because a lot famous barbers backed this up. Pros, easy nice smooth in the customers hands No constant texts or calls to handle personally Email confirmations Customer service chat responds fast Cons Clients arent able to book multiple services. Necessity for clients with add ons, retail items, or coming in with families. You are only able to set a weekly schedule and a firms service menu, For example, you arent able to pick an individual day to be available or increase a price on a service lets say for holidays when youre more in demand and also may work a day youre usually off. Only sends email when booking, and 24 hours prior. Notification only when you force it. You cannot set a set 2 or 3 hour auto reminder. People get notifications faster than they may refresh email. Wish it would have a disclaimer prompt before confirming appt. for rules on booking policy/cancellations you only view it in email. Clients should read before confirming Should not let clients able to cancel last minute. --overall great app, Im just picky and have noted what I wish could be available that would help my business further. Multiservice and individual special days and services (picking up work on off days, certain services priced more or less at certain days), prompting clients, and notifying them in a more effective way

If you are too busy at your shop to take any more clients. You definitely need BOOKSY for your business. It only grew my business by 100%

This app has made my life easier as a barber ,its a stress reliever.Before Booksy came along I hated my phone ringing all hours of the day and night now I can just turn my phone off and let the app do the work for me
