Best app for upcoming and established barbers

I love that we can book and manage appts, maintain products, and manage finances all in one spot. Noah is awesome to have as a support as well for first time business owners!

The client app has Russian language, but the business app does not. Please add it.

Tried many different booking apps over the 10+ years as a barber, and this by far is the best one. As far as features, user friendly capabilities and customer service app support, this one is top tier. I have never encountered as customer service representative that wasn’t friendly or eager to help. If you need a booking app that is best for you and your clients, choose Booksy Biz. They have a wide reach when it comes to attracting new clients. You won’t regret it. Glad to have been with them for years!

Just moved to the Phoenix area. Looking to build new clientele so I downloaded Booksy. I paid for 3 months and didn’t receive not one client !! There was no one to reach out to about my issue . Why am I paying $30/month for ? I believe it’s a rip off .

This app has more bugs than any app I’ve ever used. The customer service is not at all helpful once you get past the AI assistants. It’s not as customizable as they’d like you to believe and reaching out to customer service gets you nowhere. There is no setting for when you are not accepting new clients. There is also no setting to make sure clients fill out required fields before bookings. If my clients weren’t already used to this app and I didn’t have so many reviews, I would switch booking systems.

I received a negative review with vulgar language and customer service did not remove it, they do not work with business owners. I encourage you go elsewhere. UPDATE booksy stole from me! I had a return client book with me and boost claimed their cut! The claim process denied for absolutely no reason! Do not download this app

Excellent booking app

They say you become an influencer if you have more than 50% on line appointments. 100% of my appointments are on line for years and booksy do not promote me as an influencer.

I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years and I love it. It only has one downfall their boost option doesn’t work that great. It’s a great idea but there’s some kinks. They need to work out in it but other than that, I love this app. Booksy is great for your clients

Nice and cool app for work

So I used to have 5 stars for Booksy but I want to make it 3 These fees on Booksy are becoming crazy And when you try and dispute any of these fees they are denied the majority of the time then they charge monthly and if someone pays you and they dispute the charges and get payed back they charge you for that Booksy has definitely changed in the more recent months and I am definitely not feeling it

Ever since I’ve started using booksy , my clientele has definitely went up . Every issue I have is taken care of . A must have app

Booksy is the best it makes it so easy for new customers to book, process payments, & leave fast reviews, last and most importantly it’s very accurate when it comes to keeping track of all transactions for tax purposes.

I just started working on my own as a barber 5 months ago and Booksy Biz has been such a great booking app for my business and it makes things easier for my clients and I!
